Daily calls from "Debbie" about disability benefits I never applied for

I get about 4-5 calls every single day from someone named Debbie. My phone screens the call and sends it to voicemail and the message is that she is calling to "finish your monthly disability benefit claim". I always block the number and report it as spam but then shortly after that I get another call from Debbie from a different number.

Even though I always block and report, the frequency hasn't changed and the number is always different but the message is always identical about needing to finish the monthly disability benefit claim. I am not on disability nor have I made a claim, but I can see someone who is on disability possibly answering and giving information.

The number of calls and voicemails from "Debbie" is harassment at this point. The voice sounds like AI and the message is exactly the same every time.
