Voicemail from someone claiming to be a disability case manager

Got a voicemail from someone named Debbie Stancliff. She said she's a case manager specialist from the disability info center. Left her number as 207-204-5129.

The thing is I never called them or signed up for anything. It felt like a phishing thing trying to get me to call back. The number she called from was (330) 732-6740 but her voicemail gave a different area code.

Didn't lose any money but still weird getting a random call like that with no explanation of what they actually wanted.
