Got a call from an angry "attorney" about a debt I don't owe

I got a call from someone saying they were an attorney for a loan company I supposedly owe. The number was (866) 575-0158. They said I owed $698. When I asked questions, the person on the phone got very angry and just hung up on me.

They said they were a "very private practice." I asked for a website or an email address to see something in writing, and they wouldn't provide anything. They just said they don't have those because they're private. The address they gave was 5887 Copley Dr in San Diego.

The whole thing felt off. I don't believe I owe this debt, and they couldn't give me any real way to look them up or contact them besides that phone number. It just doesn't make sense.
