Ordered a tool set but only got one piece in the mail
I emailed them at [email protected] and told them I wanted a refund and asked how to send it back. They came back and offered me a $2.00 discount on what I already paid, or said I could buy more tools at a reduced price. The whole set is on Amazon for about $25.00 so their offer didn't make any sense. I told them no and they said that was the best they could do. They even admitted the ad was misleading but still wouldn't give me a full refund or tell me how to return the one piece. So I'm out $14.48 for basically nothing.
