Facebook ad for a bra that was nothing like what they showed

I saw these Facebook ads for a no-wire super firming jelly bra with wide shoulder straps. It looked really supportive but comfortable. So I ordered one.

Over a month later I finally got the package and it was the cheapest flimsy bra I have ever seen. And it was the wrong size. I emailed [email protected] right away asking for a refund. They said they do not want it back and I would have to pay to send it back myself. Then they offered me $3 and said I should just give it to a friend.

I paid $35.98 for this. Very frustrating to get the wrong size and such a horribly cheap product and then get offered three dollars.
