Ordered a cotton beach cover but got polyester instead

I ordered a sand cloud beach cover from www.defencety.com. It was advertised as 100% organic cotton but what I got was 100% polyester. Total different material.

The website says they have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. So when I got the wrong item I emailed [email protected] asking for a return shipping label and a full refund. They offered me US$14 as compensation instead. I kept asking for the return label and full refund but they just keep saying the $14 is the least amount of loss to me. They will not give me a way to send it back or a full refund.

This has been going on for a week now. I just want my money back. It was $47.
