Ordered t-shirts that never came, fake tracking and empty refund promise.

I ordered a bunch of t-shirts from deirov.com. They sent tracking info, Track678, that said "delivered" but nothing ever showed up. I contacted their customer service and they said they could re-ship the order, so I said okay.

Then it was the same fake tracking thing all over again, with a reported delivery date on Thanksgiving. That kinda made me think it's not a US based scam, but who knows. When I reported it still didn't come, they offered me a 70% refund. It was pretty obvious by then, but I told them to just refund the money. The result was exactly what I expected. Nothing.
