Ordered clothes and got two weird cables in the mail instead

I ordered two Ultimate travel and everyday outfits from them, one in blue and one in black, both size XS. Waited about two weeks and nothing showed up. Then I got a package and it was just two small electronic cables. I have no idea what they are for.

Tried emailing them at [email protected] and nothing. The phone number they gave was (356) 787-7233 but it doesn't seem real. I lost $47.95 on this. Just wanted the clothes I paid for.
