Ordered Hoka shoes and never got them or a refund

I ordered a pair of Hoka running shoes from their website deloxusa.com on May 4, 2026. Got an email confirming the order and then another one saying it shipped. By May 11th nothing showed up so I emailed them at [email protected].

Sent a bunch of emails asking for a refund. All I got back was one generic reply saying they were still processing my order. I wrote back right away saying I just want my money back. After that I only got one more email from them and it didn't even mention a refund. They just ignored everything else.

I paid $97 through Shopify so I filed a complaint with Shopify too. Asked them to refund me and get Deloxusa off their platform. I've attached all my emails with them. Still no refund.
