Ordered from a Facebook link and no package ever showed up

I placed an order on December 31st, 2025 through a link on Facebook. The website was delvyna.com. On January 2nd, 2026 they emailed me saying my order was on the way.

Then they said the tracking showed it was delivered. But it was not delivered to my house. I checked with my neighbors and I also checked with USPS. Nothing.

I emailed their customer service a bunch of times. They just keep insisting the package was delivered. I asked for a full refund. First they offered 20%, then after going back and forth they said 60%. I still haven't gotten any refund at all and I never got the merchandise. Their email is [email protected]. I lost $31.19.
