Ordered from a Facebook link and no package ever showed up
Then they said the tracking showed it was delivered. But it was not delivered to my house. I checked with my neighbors and I also checked with USPS. Nothing.
I emailed their customer service a bunch of times. They just keep insisting the package was delivered. I asked for a full refund. First they offered 20%, then after going back and forth they said 60%. I still haven't gotten any refund at all and I never got the merchandise. Their email is [email protected]. I lost $31.19.
