Ordered a sword online and never received it after weeks

I bought a sword from demonsteelblades.com and it never showed up. Right after I paid the $231.50, I got an email saying my item shipped. But for over three weeks now, the shipping tracking just says "label created, waiting for package." That's it.

Every time I've tried to contact them about it, I get told it's a problem with the shipping company. Then I'll get another email about an "updated shipping" notification, but the tracking still only says the label was created. It never changes.

I've sent emails asking for a refund or to cancel the order, but nobody ever replies back to me. It's been nothing but the same runaround.
