Ordered a leather bag with fast shipping, got nothing and no reply

I bought a leather bag from Denver Leathercraft ten days ago. I even paid extra for the five-day shipping option. I reached out to the company after it didn't show up, and they just told me to be patient.

I waited a couple more days and emailed them again. Now they aren't responding at all. It's been ten days and I still don't have my bag.

I decided to look them up online and found out other people say this company fails to ship items or give refunds after they take your money. I picked them because of the reviews on their website. Now I think it's a scam after seeing what I found on Google.
