Ordered a shirt from an Instagram ad and never got it

I saw an ad for apparel on Instagram. It was for a shirt. I went ahead and ordered it and paid the $62.24. The money came out of my account. That was it. I never received the shirt. Nothing ever showed up. I tried the contact email, [email protected], and the phone number listed, (917) 322-1727. No reply from the email and the phone doesn't seem to work. The whole thing just feels like a scam now. I paid for an item and got nothing.
