Got a scary call about documents being delivered to my home

I got a call saying they were from the local department of documents, procedures, and conduct. They said I didn’t respond to a notice they mailed and my immediate attention is required. The message told me to press one to be connected to a live agent and to call 866-287-2306. They said if I didn’t respond, they’d hand deliver documents to my home or job, and that could be considered a failure to comply.

This same exact call went to a distant ex-family member of mine too, with the same script. They didn’t even have my correct married last name. I’ve seen a lot of these scams before. It’s just a phishing call.
