Got a call about back taxes I supposedly owe.

I got a call from someone saying they were from a tax department. They said I owed back taxes and that their department could help me resolve the issues. The call came from (877) 580-0362. They gave an address that was just listed as USA, Usa, NY, USA. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything from them and I don't believe I owe any taxes. I didn't send any money, but I don't like getting these unexpected calls.
