Ordered a Derila pillow and got something else now gotta pay to send it back
I bought a Derila pillow from their website derila-ergo.com. What showed up is not the same pillow they had in the ad. It's way different. Now they want me to pay to return it. I already paid ten bucks for this thing and it's not even what I ordered. Their email is [email protected] and they got an address at 415 Hamburg Turnpike Building B in Lionshead Lake NJ. I called the number 1(404) 678-8537 too but no help. Just told me I have to cover the return shipping myself. Doesn't make sense to me.
