Ordered a glucose monitor from a YouTube ad and never got it

I saw an ad on YouTube for a non-invasive glucose monitor. It was from Derostes Store. The phone number listed was 1-404-857-3486. I bought it on December 7, 2025. It was supposed to be a Black Friday deal for $44.97.

I never received the product. The money came out of my account. I tried the email [email protected] but got nothing back. It just feels like I paid for nothing.
