Paid a tattoo deposit and got blocked on TikTok

I reached out to Derrick.ink.co on TikTok to get a portrait tattoo of my daughter. I messaged him in his inbox and he gave me his number. So I texted him and we set up a date and time for the appointment.

He said I had to send $250 up front, half of the $500 we agreed on. I sent the money and then he started acting weird. He stopped answering me and then blocked me on TikTok. His number is (312) 967-4830 and his email is [email protected]. I have no idea where he is in Columbus, OH. I'm out $250 and I never got the tattoo.
