Business card site charged me $36 instead of $3 and refused refund

I ordered from this online business card place, design.com. They said it was only $3 but then charged me $36 instead. I tried to cancel right away, like maybe 5 minutes after I bought it. There is no phone number anywhere, just a live chat. I couldn't even find any reviews.

I told them I didn't use the product at all, and they could see that in the system. But they still refused to give me a full refund. They just kept saying no through the chat. So I lost $9.00 on top of everything. Feels like a total scam.
