Ordered a Christmas gift, never got it or a refund

I ordered from Detective Mystery Masters in mid-December for a Christmas gift. Their website said it would ship immediately and to look for a tracking number. I never got one.

I sent an email to customer support to cancel the order and get a refund. No response. I sent another email cancelling. Still nothing. Then in mid-January, I got an email from the company saying they had shipping problems but would fulfill it soon. I replied right away saying the order was cancelled, don't send anything, and to issue a refund. I just got a bot response that didn't address what I said.

I never received the product. Now I'm having to work with my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not buy from them.
