Tractor purchase fell through after payment and now no one answers

I found a tractor listed on their website DFF Equipment and asked about it. We set up the whole purchase through email. Signed a bill of sale, got an invoice, everything seemed legit.

I transferred the money bank to bank, $22,256. Sent them the proof of the transfer. They confirmed they got the funds and even sent me delivery info for the tractor to be shipped out.

Then two days before the delivery date I get an email saying there was a problem with the payment and the shipment was cancelled. After that they just stopped replying to emails. I tried calling the number from their website but nobody answers. Nothing.
