Ordered leather repair patch on Facebook and got charged twice

So back on June 2nd I was looking for something to fix the leather in my car. I saw these ads on Facebook for Dialoglet, a Self-Adhesive Leather Repair Patch. They had a bunch of ads showing different colors so I placed my order for $14.98. They took the money right out of my bank account.

Three days later another $17.98 came out of my account. Then I got an email saying the product was being shipped from Spain. That was weeks ago. Nothing ever showed up. I looked into it more and yeah, it's a scam. Never got the patches and they took my money twice.
