Bought diamond earrings, never got them or my money back

I bought a pair of diamond earrings from Diamond Forever on June 1st. I got an order confirmation in the Shop app and everything. Then they contacted me saying my address didn't match my card info, so they never shipped it.

I still don't have the earrings and they haven't refunded my $507.98. I tried dealing with them directly, but nothing. I even filed three disputes with my bank, Chime, and they denied all of them.

I think I got scammed. They trick you with fake customer support, tell you your address is wrong, and then want to do a three-way call with your bank. It feels like they just want to get your bank info and clean out your account. Their site needs to be taken down.
