Ordered sneakers online, never got them and can't get a refund

I ordered sneakers online thinking it was Dick’s Sporting Goods, but on a closer look it was actually Dick’s Sport n Goods. The customer service email just sends me the same message over and over saying my order is in transit. They give a confirmation number that doesn’t track anything.

I placed the order back in October. It’s almost March now. I’ve tried emailing many times but they won’t give a refund. Every time they just say the packet is in transit and give a new confirmation number that, again, tracks nothing. I just want my money back and for this to get shut down.
