Fence job done without measuring or digging, no refund

This guy Skylar Davis, sometimes he goes by Skyler or Skylar Porter, runs a business called Diesel Fence and Hauling Company. He was all over NextDoor with different accounts giving cheap quotes for fencing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, all kinds of stuff. I guess he uses so many accounts because a lot of people are mad at his work and looking for him.

He put up a fence between my house and my neighbor's. He took the old wood down and put new wood up. But he didn't take a single measurement. He didn't use a single shovel. Just a quick sloppy job. When I asked him to fix it or refund just $500 out of the total bill, he said no. Now fixing this right is gonna cost me more than double what I asked back. I lost $500 total.
