Signed up for a meal plan on Instagram and got charged three times

I signed up for a meal plan via Instagram. In hindsight - that was a mistake. It was promoted as $49.95 - but I didn't see it stating it was a monthly charge. I never received any confirmation, never received the menu plan offered, have not received any subsequent communication regarding said meal plan.

But I have been charged $49.95 now for 3 months. The charge comes thru with no contact info, like other charges do, so there is no way to reach them. I put in a fraud challenge with my credit card company and am waiting for their assistance to block or cancel these charges.
