Fake toner invoice with a UPS tracking number
Then the invoices started coming in, way inflated and marked past due. They even attached a copy of the UPS tracking info like that proves anything. The person they claim ordered the toner doesn't even order toner. And even if they did, we get our toner straight from the company we lease the copier from, it's part of our contract.
So now we're stuck dealing with this fake bill and there's no toner anywhere. Their number is (888) 908-3709 and the email they use is [email protected]. The address on it says 9800-D Topanga Cyn. blvd #7, Chatsworth, CA 91311.
Got a fake toner invoice from a company pretending to be our regular supplier
Two months later, we get an invoice trying to charge us almost $700 for that one toner. They didn't even send the toner in its box. The address on the invoice was bogus, too. We had to get higher management involved to sort it out. They finally gave us a return label to send back whatever they tried to give us and charge us for. The whole thing felt really off.

I have no idea how they got that personal cell number. The whole thing felt off from the start. The email was [email protected] and they listed an address in Chatsworth, CA.
