Fake invoice for toner we never ordered from a company we don't use
But we don't even use them. Our hospital contracts with a different company for all copier supplies. We don't submit verbal orders for stuff like that, never have. St. Luke's Health Systems did their own audit on this and confirmed it's a scam. No money was paid out.
