Ordered a gift basket but got a keychain instead

I ordered a self care gift basket for women. It took over two weeks so I emailed their customer service. They wrote back saying it was shipped and there was some issue with the shipping company.

I finally got it in another week and it was a keychain. Just a keychain. I sent another email with pictures to say this wasn’t right and to please make it right. I have not heard anything back.

Online order never came and no one answers email

I ordered something from this company, it was an online purchase. I used my debit visa card and gave them my home address for shipping. The total was $49.50.

That was it, I never got the package. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. It just feels like I threw my money away. I don't know what else to do.
