Ordered spa baskets but got hamster keychains from dinhnova.com
The package showed as delivered on 6/19/26 when I tracked it on their site. But when I opened it, there were 5 hamster key chains inside. Not even close to what I ordered.
I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a refund. All I get back is an auto-reply saying they are experiencing longer than normal response times. That was a while ago and no one has actually followed up with me. I just want my money back for something I never got.
Website selling gift boxes with no company name on anything
The address they have is 1001 S. Main St. STE 600 in Kalispell MT 59901. I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. The whole thing just felt off. I didn't end up buying anything but I wanted to report it.
No company name anywhere on the site that I could find. Just the website name and that address.
