Approved for card then told no and refund never came

I filled out for a credit card and got approved by direct card. Paid the fees, which was $95. Then they turn around and tell me I'm not approved after all. They said I'd get a refund in the mail.

That was like 3-4 months ago now. Still haven't seen anything. No check, no money, nothing. I've tried calling the number 1(877) 419-8646 but it doesn't seem to get me anywhere. Their website is directcard.com and they have an email [email protected] but I'm not sure what else to do at this point. Just want my money back.

Paid $95 for a credit card that never showed up

I saw this offer for a credit card and they wanted $95 upfront so I paid it. That was a while ago and the card never came. I called them and they said my money would be refunded but that still hasnt happened. Their phone number is (877) 419-8646 and they are at 10250 constellation blvd #2300 in Los Angeles. Just want my money back.
