Credit card came but never worked and no refund check

I paid the fees for this card and got it in the mail, but I could never activate it. Nothing worked when I tried.

They told me a check for a refund would be mailed to me. That was back on July twenty first and I still have not gotten anything.

I've tried reaching out at (855) 942-4898 and through directcard.com but no check ever showed up.

Card from directcard never worked and no refund

I paid $95 in up front fees to directcard. The card showed up but there was no way to activate it. They said I could get a refund after a 30 day safety hold. It's been over a month past that and I still have not gotten my money back. I tried calling (877) 419-8646 and emailed [email protected] but nothing. Their site is directcard.com.

Approved for card then told no and refund never came

I filled out for a credit card and got approved by direct card. Paid the fees, which was $95. Then they turn around and tell me I'm not approved after all. They said I'd get a refund in the mail.

That was like 3-4 months ago now. Still haven't seen anything. No check, no money, nothing. I've tried calling the number 1(877) 419-8646 but it doesn't seem to get me anywhere. Their website is directcard.com and they have an email [email protected] but I'm not sure what else to do at this point. Just want my money back.

Paid $95 for a credit card that never showed up

I saw this offer for a credit card and they wanted $95 upfront so I paid it. That was a while ago and the card never came. I called them and they said my money would be refunded but that still hasnt happened. Their phone number is (877) 419-8646 and they are at 10250 constellation blvd #2300 in Los Angeles. Just want my money back.
