Two charges from a company with no contact info

I was helping my friend check his Direct Express account and we found two charges. I finally tracked down who made them. Both charges came from the same place. They had no phone number, no email, no nothing. I put their address at the start of this.

It's just sad. A so-called company is going to take advantage of somebody who is disabled and doesn't get very much money.
