Charged for a subscription I never signed up for after a messed up order

I placed an order with them back in December 2025. Right after, I saw I accidentally added extra bags I didn't want. I contacted them immediately to take those off, but got no reply. A whole month went by and the order still hadn't shipped. I had to reach out three separate times before anyone got back to me. They finally cancelled it and gave me my money back.

Now I'm finding charges on my account for some subscription I didn't know I had. I never signed up for anything. I tried calling the phone number listed, and it just connected me to some recording about saving money. It's for $58. There's no way to actually talk to anyone. This feels really off.
