Paid for a credit card that never worked and no one answers the phone

I found this company Direct Reserve Card online. They promised to approve me for a 300 dollar credit limit. So I paid them 60 dollars just to get the card. Then they took another 35 dollars from my bank account without asking me. I did not give them permission for that.

It took over 30 days for the card to even show up. No updates from them at all. When I finally got it I went to their website to activate it like they said. After I did that it told me I still had to call some 800 number to finish. So I call that number and every time nobody picks up or the line just drops. No agent available ever.

This company is a fraud. I looked it up and found out other people have been reporting them for months. They will not give me my money back. I have screenshots of the 60 and the 35 they took. Total I lost 95 dollars.
