Applied for a credit card and paid $95 but still no card after weeks

I applied for their credit card on April 30th and paid the $95 fees once I was approved. They said I would have the card in 10 to 14 business days. That was a while ago and I still have not received the card.

I have emailed them for 3 weeks now. They keep telling me to be patient and that the card is on the way. But its been way too long. I emailed [email protected] and nothing changes. Just the same reply every time.
