Paid $95 for a credit card that never showed up

I applied for what I thought was a credit card. They asked for all my personal info and I gave it. Then they approved me and I paid the $95 fee. That was back in April and now it's June and I still don't have the card.

I called them a bunch of times. They kept saying they have a backlog and the card will be sent in 10 days. Ten days would go by and nothing. Now they just don't answer or respond at all. They won't give my money back either.
