Approved for card then denied after payment

They approved me for a credit card so I made the 95.00 payment. Then all of a sudden they denied me and said there was a 30 day hold on my money to get refunded. That was over 30 days ago and still no check.

They promised to mail me the refund but nothing has shown up. I called the number (877) 419-8646 and they keep saying it's coming. The website is Directcard reserve and their address is P.o. Box 844146, Los Angeles, CA 90084. I also emailed [email protected] but no real answer. Just want my money back.

Credit card took two months and now no one answers the phone

I signed up for a credit card and it took like 2 months to get here. They told me I had to pay a fee of 60 and then another 35 to activate it. So I paid that.

Now I got the card but when I call the number nobody picks up. It just says no one is available and to leave a message. I left a couple messages but nobody ever calls me back.

Applied for a credit card and got nothing but fees and lies

I applied for the DirectCard Reserve credit card and nothing they advertised was accurate. It took them over a month to even send the card after I fussed at them about no communication. They charged me $35 right off the bat. Then they tried to charge me another $29, and then $60, and if I paid that they said they wanted to charge another $120 to $200 against my credit limit. That would leave me with like $180 max to spend.

These people were dishonest the whole way through the process. Now they have my personal information and my money. And I have nothing to show for it other than an unactivated, useless credit card.
