Paid $25 to unlock my phone then they wanted another $80

I went on directunlocks.com to get my phone unlocked. They make you put in the carrier and all the phone info first. Then they charge you $24.99 and tell you to wait 5 minutes. I thought okay they are unlocking it during that time.

Then after the 5 minutes it pops up saying I need to pay another $80 to actually get the unlock codes sent by email. Nowhere on the website does it say you are only paying for them to check the phone. I would not have paid if I knew that. They refuse to give me my money back. The address they have is Northwick Road in Worcester WR3.

Paid to unlock my phone and now they want more money

I found this site DirectUnlocks.com that says they can unlock your phone from any carrier. First they charged me $24.95 just to check if it was eligible. Then they said it was eligible so I paid the $150.00 fee and they told me it would take 3-5 days to get the phone unlocked.

Today I got an email from them saying my carrier is asking for $267.00 more. They promise I can use my iPhone 16 Plus on any line after that but I already paid $175.00 total and this just feels like they keep asking for more. No phone unlock yet.
