Ordered a magazine that never showed up and they kept my money

I ordered a magazine from them and it never got delivered. I called the number on the site (800-673-8186) and they said they couldn't refund me because it was a one time purchase. That didn't make any sense to me. I spent $5.00 and got nothing.

I emailed them at [email protected] too but no reply. The website is Discount Mags or Magster, I'm not even sure which one it is. Just feels like a waste of time and money.
