Took an online course and got called a racist name after calling

I took their online course. It said I passed, so I thought everything was fine. I emailed them on 6-16-2026 and then called today, 6-17-2026, without checking my email first. The guy on the phone just went off on a racist rant, calling me the N word and then blocked me. I lost $300.00 on this. Their address is 2121 Ave of the Stars Ste 220 in Los Angeles, CA.
