Charge for $374 from a company my 86-year-old dad doesn't remember

My dad is 86 and has early memory loss. I was going through his bank records and saw a charge for $374.00 from a company called Distinct Fun LLC out of El Paso. I tried calling the number listed but it doesn’t seem to work.

I looked up the company and all I can find is a name Valentine Kum. My dad has no memory of talking to anyone. It had to be on the phone because he can’t use email or texts anymore. I’m not sure if it’s a scam but I want to know what he paid for and why.
