Sent money for cloud mining and now nobody answers

I got into this thing through someone online. It was supposed to be a cloud mining investment. They had a whole pitch about how it works and the returns you get. I sent them $3,800 over a few weeks.

At first they would email me back and act like everything was fine. Then the replies started slowing down. Now I can't get anyone on the phone at (702) 569-9756 and the emails just bounce. The address they gave was in Colorado.

I don't even know who to call at this point. I just want to know if anyone else has dealt with this same email address or phone number.
