Ordered from DME Superstore and they won't refund me

I bought something from DME Superstore online and it cost me $2.13. Not a lot of money I know but it's the principle. They have a refund policy but they won't honor it.

I tried reaching out to them through their website and also sent an email to [email protected]. No reply. Their phone number is (610) 719-7920 and nobody answers. The address they list is in Texas but it doesn't seem like a real place.

I just want my money back. They took it and now they won't respond. Feels like a total scam.
