Got a weird voicemail about a sealed document delivery

I just got a call that went to voicemail. It was from a woman named Karina saying she's from a document delivery service. She said there's a sealed document scheduled to be delivered to my home or work by an in-person agent.

The message said if no contact is made, it could be escalated and called a failure to comply. It felt really off. They left a number to call with questions: 866-315-0143. I never signed up for any delivery service. I didn't call back. The whole thing didn't make sense to me.

Got a weird voicemail about legal documents being delivered

I got a voicemail from a number, (567) 206-9622. The person said they were from a document delivery service, and that they were retained to deliver legal documents to me. They said it would be to my home or my employer, between 8am and 4pm. They had a file number.

It felt off. There was no actual company name given. I tried looking up the phone number, and it’s not attached to any real company. The address they gave was just OH, USA. Nothing adds up, and now I’m just left with this strange message.
