Voicemail about legal documents and a file number
If they couldn't deliver after two attempts it would be a failed action to serve and the matter would proceed without my consent. Then they gave another number to call, 844-836-2877, if I had questions or needed to reschedule. They said the call was logged as proof I'd been notified.
I don't know what this is about. There's no company name anywhere and I never got anything in writing. Just this call out of nowhere.
Fake document delivery calls from (925) 301-1812
I actually called around to some of these companies in my area and every single one said they had no record of me and no legal documents to serve. So it's all fake.
Don't get worried or nervous if you get these calls. The scammer doesn't know where you live or where you work. This scam is all over the internet and comes from places like India and Nigeria. Just delete the message, block the number, and report it. Don't call back or engage with them at all. They call from a bunch of different numbers too.
Call saying legal papers will be delivered to my job
The recording said to press 1 to talk to someone or call 855-612-3323. Also said the call was logged as proof I was notified about this pending legal stuff. The caller ID showed (516) 550-8865.
I have no idea what legal matter they're talking about. It doesn't make sense. I haven't gotten any mail about anything or been in any kind of trouble. This feels like some kind of scare tactic to get me to call back. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it.
Got a weird voicemail about a sealed document delivery
The message said if no contact is made, it could be escalated and called a failure to comply. It felt really off. They left a number to call with questions: 866-315-0143. I never signed up for any delivery service. I didn't call back. The whole thing didn't make sense to me.

It felt off. There was no actual company name given. I tried looking up the phone number, and it’s not attached to any real company. The address they gave was just OH, USA. Nothing adds up, and now I’m just left with this strange message.
