Phone call saying legal documents need a signature

Got a call from this number (903) 749-9130. Some recording saying they're from document delivery services. Said they have legal papers for me and need to deliver to my home or job between 8 and 4. They'll only try twice then it goes to court without me.

Then it says to press one or call 888-342-9218 with file number 2026-845811. Said the call is proof I was notified. Sounded like a phishing thing. I didn't lose any money but it felt off.
