Call saying legal documents need my signature or case goes forward

Got a call from this number 844-395-3969. The guy said he was from document delivery services and they have legal papers for me. He gave a file number, 2024-8-460423. Said they would try to deliver it to my home or work between 8 and 4, and they only make two tries.

If I don't sign for it they said it would be a failed action to serve and the matter would go forward without me. He told me to call that number back if I want to reschedule. He also said the call was logged as proof I was notified. No company name on anything, just that phone number. Sounded really official but something felt off about it.
