Phone call about legal documents with a file number

Got a call from this number 1(352) 649-9246. It was some recording saying they were from document delivery services. Said they have legal documents for me and need to deliver them to my home or work between 8 and 4.

They said they'd only try twice and if I don't sign, it's a "failed action to serve" and the matter goes on without me. Gave a file number 2026-182927 and a number to call 888-843-1510. Also said the call was logged as proof I was notified. No company name on the recording, just the number. Felt like a phishing thing.
