Got a weird voicemail about a sealed document delivery

I got this voicemail from a guy saying he's James Owens from the delivery department of Document Procedures and Conduct. He said there's a sealed document scheduled to be delivered by an agent to me, at my home or work. He gave a file number, R B dash and then six numbers.

The message said if no contact is made, it'll be escalated and called a failure to comply. It told me to press one to be transferred to my file review manager for questions, or to contact the issuing office at 844-544-1657. The call came from (651) 337-5080. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything from them.

Getting calls about a sealed document delivery from James Owens

I keep getting these calls and voicemails telling me to call back. It's a recording from a guy named James Owens, saying he's from the delivery department of Document Procedures and Conduct.

The message says it's about a sealed document scheduled for delivery by an in-person agent to me. It gives a file number, R B dash 209402. It says it will be delivered to my home or job. The recording says if no contact is made, it will be escalated and called a failure to comply.

It tells me to press one to be transferred to my file review manager for questions. Or to contact the issuing office at 844-700-0636. Then it says again to press one now. I never signed up for anything from them and I don't know what document they're talking about. They just keep calling.
