Got a threatening call about a case number and documents

I got a call from a man who said his name was James, maybe Onge. He said he was from Document Procedures & Conducts. He knew my name and said he had a message for me.

He was talking about some case number and said if I didn't respond they would escalate things. He told me I had to contact him at (855) 912-1668. He also mentioned a backup number, 207-578-5638, which showed up on my phone. He said they were going to deliver a document to my home or my job, and if I didn't respond they would mark it as a "Failure to Respond."

The guy had a good voice, but he was really forceful. It was definitely a bit threatening. The whole thing felt off.
