Phone call saying I need to call back about a notice from ABA

I got a call this morning. They said it was for me about an urgent matter. Then they said "I want you to perish" which was weird and made no sense. They gave a reference number 235-5537 and said they were from document processing.

They said a notice was mailed from ABA about a complaint and I didn't respond. They want me to call 877-366-0364. Said it was time sensitive. I don't know what notice they're talking about and the whole thing felt strange. No company name on the caller ID either.
